The Work: Relationship expert, Jennifer Edwards, and I wanted to write a nonfiction book about relationship building, connection, and the art and neuroscience of having a meaningful conversation.

The Outcome: Over 2 years, we merged curriculum to co-author a communication book about the power of curiosity, connection, and conversations. Sold the book to McGraw-Hill and was published in 2022.

The Highlights:

  • Inc. Magazine named Bridge the Gap 1 of 3 business books to read in 2022.

  • Featured in more than 80 major media outlets, including Forbes, Wall Street Journal, Shondaland, NPR, PBS, Apple News, Business Insider, and more

  • Logged more than 250 hours speaking globally about the art and science of human connection and collaboration, especially in polarizing times and during team breakdowns.

Let’s Work Together

We’re always looking for new opportunities to be of service. Never cookie cutter, we’ll start with a discovery call to ensure we are a good fit and then build a proposal tailored to your needs and desired outcomes.
