The Work: Provide expertise and support throughout the strategic planning process for NeighborImpact. Design and facilitate listening sessions for clients, DEI workshops, and executive and board strategic planning retreats. Help design strategic plan and its three volumes. Assess research and data to support goals and the ten-year vision for the organization. Assist in drafting the plan with NeighborImpact’s executive director and team.
The Outcome: A robust 10-year strategic plan that is celebrated by a diverse board and governance team, clients, staff, and leadership.

Created new strategic plan design to capture aspirational vision goals.
Facilitated many listening sessions, along with critical conversations between parties who view diversity, equity, and inclusion differently, to achieve alignment in the vision and goals.
Created container for staff and board engagement that allowed for all parties to express concerns to achieve clarity as a team.
